A medieval village full of hidden roles
Werewolf Party is a 3D social deduction game for 4 to 12 players set in a medieval village. You land on either Team Villager or Team Werewolf, and the two sides work toward opposite goals: villagers try to identify and eliminate the Werewolf, while the Werewolves pick villagers off one by one without exposing themselves. The Werewolf team is made up of the Werewolf, the Traitor, the Pookie and the Wolf Cub. The Villager side includes Villagers, Guard, Seer, Priest, Witch, Clown, Insomniac, Moosklar and Cursed Villagers. Every role has its own ability, so no two seats play the same. The Traitor secretly backs the Werewolf and inherits the role if the original Werewolf dies, and the Wolf Cub has a nasty twist: voting it out triggers a Blood Moon Night unless two villagers sacrifice themselves at the cemetery gate.
Playing together over voice and chat
You can set up a private party for your friends or join a public one. Communication runs on 3D proximity voice chat plus in-game text chat, so who hears you depends on where you stand — the Werewolf, Traitor and Wolf Cub see each other's names in red, but they still need to keep their voices down because villagers may be listening. The day cycle is where everyone talks, plays mini-games and votes. Voting happens at the village tower: pull the rope to start it, press "K" to open the panel and recast your vote, and everyone eligible gets teleported to the tower. Night begins sooner if half the village goes to sleep. During the night cycle roles wake up one at a time, with the Werewolf last, and powers come into play — the Guard shields a bed, the Seer checks a home for Innocent or Guilty, the Priest slaps someone and either they die or you do, and the Moosklar wrestles the Werewolf after working out during the day. You cannot use powers or vote on the first day.
The village, mini-games and things to know before starting
The village has 12 beds spread across several homes, and you can sleep, hide or interact indoors, or nap on a bench outside. The Playhouse sits at the center: on Playhouse days the Lycan Shop opens, mini-games become available, and players can run private LC trades. Mini-games can be played once per half-day to earn Lycan Coins, from Test of Strength and Perfect Log Split to The Cup Shuffle, which lets you gamble for up to 8 LC. LC can also be exchanged in private booths, limited to 5 LC per day. Special mechanics add extra layers: a human can use the Night Altar to cage the Werewolf for one night, and there is a ship escape mechanic. Death does not end your session — Ghost Mode lets you roam in first-person, hear the living and talk to other ghosts. Note that the Priest's gamble and the Witch's transformation are both risky: a failed Witch attempt kills you instantly, and getting caught at night as a Cursed Villager means death.
