Reclaiming a Fallen Camelot
SWORN is a co-op action rogue-like set in Avalon, where Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table have turned to darkness. You take up the sword as a Soulforged knight and set out to find the source of the spreading shadow. Along the way you meet figures from Arthurian legend, including Merlin and Nimue, who can befriend you and teach you their craft. The game is played from an isometric view and uses hand-drawn art inspired by the work of American artist Mike Mignola, paired with an original soundtrack.
Playing Together
You can go it alone or team up with up to three friends for a total of four players. When you group up, you combine the strengths of your characters in surprising ways and master abilities as a unit. The goal is to stand off against the Knights of the Round Table and eventually face Arthur himself. Online co-op is supported, so your group can play together even when you are not in the same room.
Building Your Knight
Swear fealty to the Fae Lords and pick from over 200 unique blessings. You might take Titania's cleansing fires or Oberon's wind-strike fury. Blessings stack with your choice of character, weapon, and abilities, so the game supports thousands of distinct builds across repeated runs. The battlegrounds of Camelot shift each time, keeping the combinations fresh. Upgrades earned at the Beacon of Avalore carry over and forge your squire into a stronger champion over time.
Before You Start
This is a difficult game with perma-death, so expect to fail and retry. If you would rather skip the grind, you can head straight for Arthur and let the fight test your skills. The run-based structure means each attempt is a fresh roll of the dice on layout and loot.
