Pilot a massive Grinder
Vox Machinae puts you in the cockpit of a robot seven times taller than a Tyrannosaurus Rex. The game blends a weighty tactical simulator with responsive action, using an immersive physics simulation to drive movement and combat. You can unleash your massive momentum on the ground or take the fight into aerial jumpjet battles. It is built for VR with full motion control cockpit operations, where you use your real hands to grab controls, turn the ignition key, tilt the sticks, and jam the throttle. It also works on standard screens, and there is crossplay between PC VR and standard screens so friends can play together regardless of their setup.
Fight with your team
You can play offline, on a local network, or online with up to 16 players. All modes support 2-4 teams, which makes it easy to squad up. Salvage mode has your team work together to recover and protect the monolithic Decker machine. Stockpile mode is about controlling the most factories scattered across the battlefield so your team can reap the benefits of their production. HoverBrawl is VOX's explosive take on soccer. Full bot support is available across all modes, whether you need to fill empty seats on a server or want to hone your skills offline.
Prepare your loadout
The singleplayer campaign drops you into the Serus System as a member of Horizon Corporate's Security unit, piloting massive mining machines to protect co-workers and company resources from a hostile force. Before you launch, pick one of seven Grinder chassis, each with its own strengths and weaknesses, and deck it out with weaponry like lasers, missiles, and cannons. You can also augment your grinder with passive and active modules to suit your playstyle. Team VOIP comms let you show up as a human or robo avatar with headgear earned in the field. There are no loot-boxes or micro-transactions.
