What Battle Splash 2.0 is
Trianga's Project: Battle Splash 2.0 is a water-themed arena shooter from Dranya Studio. Every weapon is built around water physics: water guns, water balloons and aquatic gadgets that soak enemies instead of killing them with bullets. Splash behaves physically, bouncing off surfaces when it hits, which changes the shape of the area it covers. Getting soaked has a real effect on you too — the faster you move, the faster you dry off. Characters can also change how their weapons behave in the middle of a fight, so you can adjust your loadout on the fly rather than between rounds.
You pick your view as well. The game runs in first-person or third-person, and each gives a different read on the arenas. The cast is anime-styled, with a roster of characters that each bring their own abilities and playstyle, from front-line fighters to support roles.
Playing it with your group
Survival mode is the co-op centerpiece. You and up to three friends face endless waves of enemies, and each wave drops you onto a different battlefield. Results carry forward into the next round, so decisions made early matter later — how you spend your resources, where you position, what you prioritize. Bringing more players raises both the reward and the difficulty, so a full group is a harder run, not an easier one. Communication and coordination matter more than raw aim here.
When you want to fight each other instead, online PvP is available, along with PvE and a PvPvE mode. There are lots of game modes to work through, and the roguelite structure of Survival means no two runs line up the same way.
Before you start
Movement is a core mechanic, not just a way to get around. Rocket jump is part of the run-and-gun style, and drying off after a soak depends on staying mobile, so standing still costs you. Expect escalating waves rather than a fixed campaign, and expect to adapt your tactics mid-fight as the battlefield changes each round. The game supports single player, co-op up to 4 players, and online multiplayer, so you can start alone and bring the group in later.
