A Brazilian boomer shooter built on ID Tech 2

BRAZILIAN DRUG DEALER 3 is a fast-paced first-person shooter in the style of the original Quake, running on the same engine. You play as a fan of MIT AIA, a legend of Brazilian 70s funk music, who tried to revive him with a pentagram in the favela where you live. Things went wrong and a portal to hell opened, possessing the people of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Closing that portal and saving Brazil is the job ahead.

The arsenal leans into the absurd: weapons bathed in gold, a rocket launcher in the colors of Flaflamenco, a berimbau, a payphone that shoots coconuts, and a money paper airplane gun. Enemies range from armed demons and zombies to Brazilian truck clowns and possessed Brazilian singers. The tone is dark comedy with old-school 90s sensibilities, surreal textures, and loud music.

Playing together

The game supports Online Co-op and Online PvP. Cooperative play and deathmatch are available on all campaign maps, so a group can run the story maps side by side or fight each other across the same stages. Beyond the campaign there are 21 horde maps, 3 goblin mode maps, and 3 deathmatch maps, giving a group options for either holding out together or competing directly.

What to know before starting

There are 56 stages in total: 29 campaign stages, 21 horde maps, 3 goblin mode maps, and 3 DM maps. The journey covers the entire state of Rio de Janeiro, parts of São Paulo, Amazonia, space, hell, and heaven. Movement is central to survival, so the Quake-style abilities are meant to keep you mobile against the relentless attacks of the dead, demons, and other possessed.

Health comes from eating pastel and drinking cane broth scattered around the maps. Each level hides secret areas, and replaying with rocket jumping opens exclusive rocket jump secrets. The game continues to receive new updates and maps even after 1.0, with monthly content planned.
