Traps and tricky jumps
Bloody Trapland is a fast-paced 2D precision platformer built around dozens of dangerous traps and tricky jumps in every level. The goal is simple: get through the course without getting killed. The game ships with more than 100 levels, three different game modes, and four playable characters. There are also secret areas to find, and an online scoreboard to track how you stack up. A unique soundtrack runs alongside the action.
Playing together
You can take on the levels alone or bring friends along for up to 4 players at once, either locally or online. The co-op campaign lets your group run through the levels side by side, and there is a co-op-only mode as well. Online multiplayer works with Remote Play Together, so someone without the game can still join in. If you want to build your own courses, the level editor supports online sharing, which means you can send your creations to friends and play theirs in return.
Before you start
This is a challenging game despite its simple controls, so expect to die often and retry. It is tagged as difficult, and the precision platforming means timing matters more than quick reflexes alone. The game works with a controller, which is worth setting up before your first session. Pick a character, choose a mode, and decide whether you are running the campaign solo, with a local group, or over online multiplayer.
