A tactical looter you run as a party

Stolen Realm is a dungeon-crawling RPG where you lead up to six heroes through expeditions in a low-poly fantasy world. Battles are simultaneous turn-based: your side and the enemies act at the same time, so fights stay quick while still leaving room for positioning and planning. The battlefields are hex-based and include interactive environments, and there are over 200 enemy types with their own modifiers to work around. Between fights you pick your next step on a procedurally generated map — a treasure room, a story event, a merchant, resource gathering, or a risky encounter — so each expedition takes a different shape depending on what you choose and what you run into.

Playing together online

You can run the whole thing solo or team up with friends in online co-op for up to six players. Encounters scale automatically to match the group, and drop-in/drop-out keeps sessions moving when someone arrives late or has to leave. The co-op play is built around coordination: you compare builds, chain abilities across heroes, and set up team combos that hit harder than anything one character could do alone. Remote Play Together is also supported if you want to share a session with someone who doesn't have the game.

Building heroes and finding loot

There are no fixed classes. Instead you pick from 300+ abilities spread across 10 flexible skill trees, which means you can make a conventional archetype or mix trees into something stranger — a spell-casting assassin, a frost-focused priest, a shadow knight, or whatever combination you feel like testing. Loot goes beyond stat bumps: over 700 items include mythic weapons and relics that add new mechanics and synergies, such as a blade that spends your own life for power or a weapon that raises fallen enemies as skeletal allies. Finding the right item can reshape how a hero plays entirely.

Before you start

Three modes are available: a campaign, a roguelike mode, and a hardcore mode with permadeath, so decide as a group how much risk you want before committing a party to a run. Expect a game about planning builds, reading the battlefield, and choosing routes — the fun comes from experimenting with abilities and loot until something clicks, then pushing it further on the next dive into the Realm.
