Everyone is invisible, so watch the ground

Invisigun Reloaded is a top-down 2D stealth battler where nobody can be seen directly. You move around pixel-art arenas and read the environment instead: footprints, bumps and other disturbances give away careless players. Counting your own steps matters, because every step you take can leave a trace that points straight to your hiding spot. The tension comes from silence — waiting for someone else to reveal themselves, then moving in. It plays like competitive hide and seek with weapons and abilities layered on top, rewarding patience, planning and trickery over raw reflexes.

Playing together

Groups can fight locally or online. Local multiplayer supports four players on one screen, and online play includes matchmaking, public or private matches with join keys, plus crossplay with Nintendo Switch. Remote Play Together is available if you want to bring friends in remotely. With 12 heroes, each having a unique ability, everyone can settle on a different main and build a strategy around it — from meticulous sneaking to aggressive ambushes. Abilities range from subtle to startling, so a match often turns on who appears out of thin air at the right moment. Beyond basic brawling, the game includes powerup drops, intentional baits, undetectable direction changes and bumps that may not be accidental, which keeps rounds readable but deep.

Before you start

There is a full-length single player campaign called the Hero's Journey, with individually tailored hero campaigns containing puzzle rooms, skill challenges and boss fights. Each campaign is built to teach that hero's specific playstyle, so it is a sensible place to begin before taking on other people. Expect a learning curve: invisibility as a core tool feels counterintuitive at first, and the game rewards awareness of what your own movement broadcasts. The package includes a large set of environments, maps, modes and abilities that are tuned against each other, so the same arena can play out very differently depending on who is hiding where. Bring patience — the game's core loop is waiting, listening and striking, not constant shooting.
