Build ships and haul cargo
Galaxy Trucker is a digital take on Vlaada Chvátil's board game. You assemble a spaceship out of tiles, then fly it through space, dodging meteors and fighting off pirates and smugglers. The goal is simple: deliver your cargo and finish with the most cosmic credits. The game also includes the Alien Technologies expansion, plus a campaign and special ship parts made for this version.
Play with your group
You can play local multiplayer on the same device, or compete online. Online play supports asynchronous games, so you can run several matches at the same time without waiting on everyone. Matches can be played in real-time mode for a frantic pace, or in turn-based mode if you want to take your time. Remote Play Together is available for playing with friends who are not in the same room.
Before you start
This is a family-friendly game that works for all ages, so the rules are easy to pick up. The ship-building phase is where you plan your layout, and the flight phase is where things go wrong. Expect to lose engines, take damage, and improvise when a meteor hits the part you were counting on. Flying a five-engine ship after four engines are destroyed is a normal Tuesday for a galaxy trucker.
