Restoring color to Prisma City
de Blob 2 is a 3D platformer where Comrade Black and the Inkies are back with a new plot to rid the world of color. Papa Blanc and his followers, the Blancs, add to the trouble, and it falls to Blob and his friends to bring color back to the citizens of Prisma City. You paint your way through 12 single player story levels, using custom paints, patterns, and music to bring each area to life. The journey takes you past icy outposts, tropical bio domes, and distant space stations, with mini missions and boss battles along the way.
Playing together
Blob can recruit friends to join the color evolution through cooperative multiplayer modes. Remote Play Together is supported, so one person who owns the game can invite others to join in. The co-op modes are separate from the 12 single player story levels, so a group can pick them up without working through the campaign first.
Before you start
Blob has new power-ups that turn him into a super Blob: speed smash through walls, jet jump over skyscrapers, and slam squash Inkies. On PC, the game supports keyboard and mouse as well as gamepad, with UI adaptation and a remap feature for controls. Unofficial Wiimote support is also included. Graphics options cover resolution and quality settings, with FXAA anti-aliasing and upscaled videos.
