Build from a bare plot to a finished home

ContractVille drops you into Port Town with almost no money. You take neighborhood jobs, earn a modest income, and work your way up to bigger construction projects across small, medium, and large plots in Creek Harbour. You can accept a contract mission or buy a ruin and renovate it yourself. The core loop is demolition first: smash walls, clear out trash, and haul broken furniture away before the real building starts. From there you plan the layout with a planner tool, place walls, windows, and doors, decide how many floors the house gets, and separate rooms by function. The actual construction work is hands-on: dig soil, mix cement, add reinforcement, lay bricks and tiles, then plaster, paint, and lay the floors. You choose wall colors and floor tile patterns, and you customize the roof, balcony, porch, and garden as well.

Play the renovation with friends

You can work through a renovation solo or with up to 4 friends in online co-op. Together you can establish a business with up to 4 members, split up the labor, and take on contract missions as a team. The game offers four contract types: Demolish, Decorate, Logistic, and Build, so a group can divide the work by task. Skill points let each player specialize—your friend might focus on faster demolition while you improve your tech skills—and having colleagues who specialize in different subjects makes the job easier. When you want a break from the work, there are emotes and jokes to enjoy together: slap a friend, honk at them, or throw a whoopie cushion.

Grow a company and take side jobs

Once you have some money, you buy an office and start selling upgrades. You transform an almost empty plot into a business center with wind turbines, a warehouse, a garage, a basketball court, a cafeteria, and a pool. If co-op is not for you, or even if you are playing co-op, you can hire workers by purchasing the Worker Cabins upgrade, pay them a daily wage, and give them commands in your mission areas. Beyond construction, the open world has mail missions that appear on your tablet as you finish tasks, a Go Green app with tasks like planting trees, rescuing animals trapped in trash, and building a water mill to clean the river, plus taxi, cargo, and recycling jobs for extra income. Dozens of vehicles are available at the city's three car galleries, including electric vehicles, sports cars, and high-capacity models. Decoration work earns design points that translate into extra money, and you can sell finished houses at auction or drop outdated items at the Pawn Shop.
