A Western Bullet Hell Roguelite

Bounty of One drops you into the role of a fallen hero of the Wild West who now carries a bounty on their head. The Undertaker has taken over the valley of Greenhill, and his minions are coming to claim you. The core loop is simple: dash, dodge, shoot, and repeat. You face endless waves of bounty hunters in a top-down arena, and mobility is the key to staying alive. As waves get tougher, you upgrade your skills to keep up. Each character has their own playstyle with distinct advantages and flaws, so picking who you play changes how a run feels.

Playing Together

You can play solo or with friends on the same screen, supporting up to 4 players. There is also Remote Play Together if you want to team up remotely. Coordination matters: you and your crew fight through waves together and decide how to split the loot. You can cooperate and share rewards fairly, or take everything for yourself — the choice is yours. Since runs are different every time, talking through upgrades as a group helps you decide whether to stack attack speed, damage, or something more unusual.

Before You Start

This is a roguelite, so expect to die and restart with a fresh build each run. Between waves, you pick skill upgrades and hunt for equipment — there are 80+ different items to discover. Some boost offense, some boost defense, and some just cause a lot of boom. Elites and bosses drop precious loot that can shift your whole playstyle, so taking them down is worth the effort. You will also fight sheriffs and deputies serving the Undertaker on your way to finding your nemesis. Plan your upgrades with the run's direction in mind, and be ready for each attempt to play out differently.
