A co-op bounty hunt in a weird Wild West
Far Far West is a first-person co-op shooter for 1 to 4 players. You play as a crew of bounty-hunting robot cowboys taking contracts from the Town Sheriff: track down a target, take it out, and haul the bounty back. The setting is the Wild West with the strangeness turned up — dusty saloons and endless deserts sit next to haunted mines, reanimated skeletons, deadly storms, cursed land, and a giant ghost train. Enemies come in waves, and powerful bosses guard the bigger prizes.
Playing it as a group
Crew up with friends and split the work as you push deeper into the unknown. Combat mixes guns and magic: you switch between six-shooters and fireballs mid-fight, and spells can be combined for stronger effects. Everyone picks perks and builds their own hunter, so a group can cover different roles — spell damage, healing, headshots — and adapt on the fly when a fight goes sideways. Contracts are the shared objective, and the loop is get in, get paid, get out mostly alive. The game is tagged as difficult and as an extraction shooter, so the run back out matters as much as the fight going in.
Before you start
Expect a PvE experience with no player-versus-player combat; the threats are the monsters, skeletons, storms and bosses of the Far Far West. Progression runs through town: trade there to upgrade guns, spells and abilities, and pick perks that suit how you play. Unlockable skins let you dress up your robot cowboy and your steed. Far Far West is in Early Access, so content and balance can still change while you play. Online co-op is the way to play together, and the difficulty tag means a run can punish a crew that doesn't stick together.
