What Ace of Seafood is
Ace of Seafood is a third-person action game set in an ocean of the distant future, where humans have mostly vanished and sea creatures now fight each other with lasers. You wake up as a piece of seafood with a talent for leading allies, and your goal is to become the Ace of Seafood. You swim freely through an open-world ocean map, fight other marine life, capture the reefs they guard, and push further out to sea as your victories grow. Reefs act as bases: from them you strengthen your allies and breed more of them, so each captured reef makes your army bigger and your reach longer. Combat is built around shooting powerful rays of light, and the game leans into spectacle and comedy rather than realism.
Playing it together
The game supports Online Co-op and Remote Play Together, so you and your friends can team up instead of each running a solo army. In battle your allies follow the commands of the Ace, which is you, so a group can split roles: one player calling formations, others steering their own creatures into position and firing. Your party is made up of up to six fish or crustaceans, and you guide them into battle formations and trigger their special abilities as the fight develops. Coordinating who holds a reef, who pushes into new water, and who handles the bigger enemies is where the co-op play sits.
Before you start
There is an online mode built on uploaded save data. You create an account on the top screen, then use the UPLOAD option next to your data to share that account across other PCs and the iOS/Android versions. Once you have beaten the game, you can fight the Ace Team of another player who has uploaded their data. Two things matter here: if you do not name your team and team members, they will not appear in the game and will be invisible to other players, and from CONFIG you can set ONLINE FEATURE to OFF to stop other teams from attacking you. Attack is set to ON by default, so check that setting before you go online if you would rather play undisturbed.
