Rule the archipelago as El Presidente

Tropico 6 puts you in charge of a banana republic spread across an archipelago. You manage multiple islands at the same time, dealing with the needs of your people while facing new challenges on the international stage. The game runs through four distinctive eras, and your choices shape how your country develops. You can play as a feared dictator or a peace-loving statesman, with a revised research system that focuses on the political side of running a nation. Building and management sit at the core: you construct infrastructure, run the economy, and decide how to keep your subjects happy or under control.

Play together online

Tropico 6 supports online multiplayer for up to 4 players, along with online co-op and online PvP. Groups can share the experience of running their own island states, competing or cooperating across the same tropical playground. The sandbox and management systems give each player room to build and shape their own republic, while the political sim elements keep diplomacy and choices at the center of the action.

Islands, wonders, and infrastructure

The first game in the series to feature large archipelagos, Tropico 6 lets you build bridges to connect islands, construct tunnels, and move citizens and tourists using taxis, buses, and aerial cable cars. You can send agents on raids to foreign lands to steal world wonders and monuments, including the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower, and add them to your collection. Your palace is fully customizable, with various extras to choose from, and election speeches are back: address the people from your balcony and make promises that you can't possibly keep. Expect a city-builder with strong personality, a touch of humor, and dark humor woven into its political choices.
