A City-Puzzler on Floating Islands
TerraScape is a medieval city-builder played as a puzzle. You place buildings from a deck onto a hex grid of floating islands, and each placement earns points based on the influences around it. Buildings benefit from nearby buildings, natural resources, and the right biome, but negative influences exist too, so placement matters. Points fund your next draw, and you keep playing until you run out of points and buildings. The game runs at your own pace with no time pressure. Over 40 buildings and more than 15 combination buildings are available, and placing buildings in special patterns merges them into stronger complexes that can award bonus points, extra cards, or special effects.
Playing Together
TerraScape supports both cooperative and competitive online multiplayer for up to 4 players. In Coop mode, everyone works together in Kingdom Mode to maximize a shared kingdom. In Versus mode, up to 4 players compete to reach a target score first, taking turns and building a point lead round by round. Beyond multiplayer, the game includes Kingdom Mode, Scenarios with special conditions and goals, 40+ progressively harder Puzzle Terras, Weekly Challenges tied to leaderboards, and a Creative Mode with unlimited building and everything unlocked.
Before You Start
Resource management, 4X strategy, citizen simulation, combat, and free deck building are not part of TerraScape, so expect a focused placement puzzle rather than a deep simulation. Maps are randomly generated, which adds replay value across runs. The game is family friendly with an isometric view, a relaxing soundtrack, and an atmospheric world full of birds, bees, and citizens.
