What Strange Pong is

Strange Pong takes the basic Pong setup — you control a racket and hit the ball — and keeps adding to it. Each level has its own features that change how the rally plays out, so the same idea stays fresh as you move along. The game runs as a single-player campaign, and the levels follow a linear path rather than a random mix. The look is retro and minimalist, with pixel graphics and a top-down view of the court.

Playing it with friends

There are two ways to share this one. A two-player game mode lets two people play against each other on the same setup, so you can settle a rivalry directly. There is also a co-op side, and Remote Play Together is supported, which means friends who are not in the same room can join in on a session. The tags cover both PvP and local co-op, so you can pick a competitive match or a shared run depending on the mood of the group.

What to know before starting

The campaign includes boss fights alongside the regular levels, and various modifiers affect gameplay — expect the rules to shift mid-run rather than staying fixed. Music comes in different genres, and you can change the game's visuals, so the presentation can be tuned to what suits you. It is free to play, tagged as casual and arcade, so it is easy to drop into for a short session or play through the campaign over a longer sitting. The modifiers and boss encounters are the main reason to keep going past the first few levels.
