A cyber ninja simulator in VR

Sairento VR is a mission-driven, first-person action RPG set in a reimagined Japan in the near future. You play as a member of the Silent Ones, a covert group that practices the ancient code and martial arts of samurais and ninjas. The game is built around a locomotion system that lets you walk, run, leap into the air, perform multiple jumps, run across walls, power slide and do back flips. You can slow down time mid-fight, parry incoming projectiles, and cut enemies down with blade beams from your katana or blast them with guns, explosive arrows, kunais, shurikens and glaives.

Playing together with friends

Sairento VR supports Online Co-op and Online PvP. The multiplayer modes are 4v4 PVP and PVE, so you can go head-to-head against others or team up against enemies. There is also single-player Missions and Campaign Mode for playing alone, plus an Endless Mode where difficulty and rewards both increase over time.

What to know before starting

The game is designed to be easy to pick up but tough to master, so expect a learning curve as you get used to the movement and combat. It is a VR game compatible with HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows MR headsets, with support for bHaptics Tactsuit, Hardlight VR's haptic suit, TPCast and KAT Walk. You traverse 25 unique maps and gain mastery of 24 different weapons, upgrading your abilities and weapons as you accumulate experience from completing missions. The game carries tags including Zombies, Horror, Violent, Gore and Bullet Time, so expect menacing enemies and intense combat.
