A mining shift that keeps going wrong

MoonMiners puts you and your crew on a lunar base run by a ruthless megacorporation far from Earth. Each game is a separate mission: restore base systems, assign roles, scan the ground for deposits, then extract, process and deliver ore to meet the corporate quota. The work itself is the hard part, because predatory alien creatures creep in from every side while something else works against you from inside the base. The game is in Early Access, so expect it to still be taking shape.

Playing together with your group

You go in as a team of space miners and split the work: someone repairs damaged infrastructure, someone scans for valuable deposits, someone loads ore into crates for shipment. Lunar rovers are available to move faster across the surface and haul your loot back. The catch is that one player may be a hidden traitor with their own agenda — sabotage, disorganization, or murder. A traitor might quietly steal a crate of ore and dump it in a crater, block the airlock from the inside, or cut the power while bugs crawl into the base. So the crew has to cooperate to hit the quota while keeping an eye on each other. Online co-op and online PvP are both supported, and you can also go solo.

What to know before the shift

Friendly fire is always on, which means a careless shot or a chaotic shootout can hurt your team as badly as the monsters do. Trust is a resource you spend carefully: survival depends on teamwork, but you can't trust anyone. The pressure comes from three directions at once — the quota, the alien life forms, and the saboteur hiding in your ranks. Bring people who enjoy reading a room as much as shooting, and be ready for sessions where the mission falls apart for reasons that have nothing to do with the aliens.
