What Minion Masters is
Minion Masters is a real-time card battler with tower-defense elements. You pick a Master, build a deck from 9 factions, and play short online matches that run from 2 to 6 minutes. Battles happen in full 3D arenas where you hold bridges to level up and unlock your Master's powers. Minions and spells each have their own mechanics, so combos and timing decide the fight. You can play Control, Aggressive, Swarm, or Giant Minions depending on your style. There are 13 Masters, each with 3 powers, and over 260 cards to collect across the factions.
Playing together
Bring a friend for 2v2 and combine your decks into one strategy. You can push for Contender rank together. Ranked 1v1 and 2v2 are both available, and cross-play covers Steam, Xbox, and more to come. Beyond ranked, there is Draft to test your deckbuilding under pressure, Mayhem where the rules change weekly, and solo Adventures through the ages and conflicts of the continent. Guilds let you meet other players and find people to team up with.
Before you start
The game is free to play, and cards can be earned, crafted, or looted. Daily quests, special events, and the free season pass all give cards without randomness. Modes include Ranked, Draft, Mayhem, and Adventures. Matches are quick, so you can fit a few games into a short session. The game is built for both competitive and casual players, and balance tweaks come from the community.
