What Killer Queen Black is

Killer Queen Black is a team-based action strategy game played in fast arcade-style arenas. Two teams face each other, each led by a Queen and backed by Workers. Coordination, speed and split-second calls decide matches, and roles keep shifting as the round goes on. Workers can switch between gathering, riding the snail, or turning into Warriors, so the same player can be doing economy one moment and fighting the next. The result is a game that's easy to grasp but hard to play well, with maps that have their own layouts and tactical angles.

How a group plays it together

Matches run as 4v4 team battles, so a group can split across both sides or stack a squad on one team. Communication is the main tool: call out who's pushing the snail, who's on a berry run, and where the enemy Queen is. Everyone has a job that can swing the round — leading from the front as Queen, quietly moving the snail, or making a pressured berry delivery. Play happens online, and local play is supported too, including Remote Play Together for people who want to join from a distance.

Three ways to win

Every match offers three distinct victory conditions, and you can chase whichever one suits your team's shape. Fill your hive with berries for an Economic win. Ride the snail across the map for an Objective win. Take out the enemy Queen three times for a Military win. Because all three stay live, the pressure never sits in one place — you have to watch the whole field and react when the other team commits to a route.

Before you start

Expect chaos on the first few rounds: arenas are busy, the pace is quick, and decisions come fast. Pick a role as a group before the match and stay flexible when it stops working. If your team is getting out-fought, switch to berries or the snail; if the enemy is running away with economy, hunt their Queen. The game is built around repeat matches, so treat early rounds as a way to learn each map's layout and where the tactical openings are.
