A fast top-down arena shooter
Impact Point is a 2D top-down shooter built around short, sharp rounds in a small arena. You pick up whatever weapons you can find and fight until one player is left standing. There are no respawns, so each life matters and a single mistake can end your run. The look leans hard into retro and vaporwave 80s style, with colorful, stylized visuals and a minimalist arena layout that keeps the action readable even when things get hectic.
How your group plays
Impact Point supports 2-4 players in online PvP. Everyone drops into the same arena at once and competes to be the last one standing. Since there are no respawns, the round ends quickly once players start going down, which makes it easy to run several matches in a row and rotate who comes out on top. Character customization is available, so you can give your fighter a distinct look before the round starts.
What to know before starting
The game is a looter-shooter in the sense that you grab weapons off the ground rather than load in with a fixed loadout, so expect to adapt to whatever you find. Combat includes gore, which is worth knowing if anyone in your group is sensitive to that. The pace is fast and the arena is small, so rounds are less about long-range planning and more about quick positioning, quick aim, and knowing when to push or hold back.
