What Hyper Dash Is
Hyper Dash is a free VR team shooter built around speed. You move with Dashing, Sprinting, Walking and Rail Grinding, so getting around the arena is a skill of its own alongside aiming. Matches run on compact maps with fast respawns and steady pacing, which keeps the waiting short and the combat continuous. The look is stylized and colorful, and there is character customization plus gun customization to set up how you appear and how your weapons handle.
Playing Together As A Group
Your group splits into teams and fights over objectives rather than just racking up kills. The mode list covers Payload, Domination, Control Point, (Team) Deathmatch, Capture The Flag, Elimination and Ball, so you can pick something that suits how coordinated you feel that night. Teamwork matters in every one of these: holding a control point, escorting a payload, or defending a flag all call for people covering different angles and moving together. Rail Grinding gives you fast routes across the arena, which is worth learning if you want to reach an objective before the other team does.
Before You Start
You need a VR setup, since this is a first-person VR shooter. It is free to play with online PvP, so getting your group in is straightforward. Custom matches support mutators such as Instagib and Low Gravity, and a server browser lets you see what other players have set up, which is handy if you want something outside the standard modes. Expect short, quick sessions rather than long drawn-out rounds, and spend a little time in the movement before judging your aim: Dashing and Rail Grinding change your positioning constantly, and players who use them well are harder to hit.
