A fantasy fighter with an RPG story
Granblue Fantasy: Versus mixes 2D fighting with an RPG-style adventure. The RPG Mode is a brand-new tale set in the world of Granblue Fantasy, fully voiced in English and Japanese. You play through the story and upgrade your characters and weapons along the way. The battle system is built to be easy to pick up: skills activate with the touch of a button, a skill cooldown system governs when you can use them again, and super skybound arts can turn a match around. New players get simple controls for their favorite characters, while fighting game veterans get room for intense, tactical battles.
Playing together
Versus Mode is where your group meets for matches. Online PvP lets you fight each other directly, and Online Co-op is available as well. Remote Play Together lets friends join in over a stream of your game. Local Multiplayer covers playing together on the same setup, and the game also has a Singleplayer side if someone wants to run the RPG Mode on their own.

The game blends fighting game action with RPG-style progression, so expect both match play and character upgrading.
