A 2D fighter with three ways to play
Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code is the final episode of the series, a 2D fighting game from FRENCH-BREAD. Every playable character comes with three separate styles: Crescent Moon Style, Full Moon Style and Half Moon Style. Each style changes how the character behaves, so the same fighter can feel completely different depending on your pick. The cast is the largest in the series at 31 characters, each with those three styles on top, which gives you plenty of combinations to work through before you settle on a main.
Playing together
VERSUS mode covers local matches: 1P vs 2P, 1P vs CPU, or you can sit back and watch CPU vs CPU. If your group is spread out, NETWORK MODE has RANK MATCH for serious matchups where your ranking grows with each win, and PLAYER MATCH for regular online games. Remote Play Together is also supported, so someone can join in from their own setup.
Before you start
ARCADE mode carries the story: a year has passed since the TATARI incident left Misaki Town scarred, and the nightmare returns for the third time, with every character getting their own tale. TRAINING mode is the place to learn a character and their individual styles before heading into a real match, which matters given how differently each style plays. Expect a steep learning curve once you take it online.
