What Frog Jump is

Frog Jump is a 3D platforming adventure from SlugShot Games where you play as a frog climbing upward toward the princess. The goal is simple: reach the top first and claim the royal kiss. The climb is built around jumping, climbing, and using your frog abilities to get past obstacles and past other players. It's described as challenging but fun, with easy controls — jumping is the core of it, and the game keeps the inputs light so you can focus on timing and positioning. The look is stylized, colorful, and cute, with an atmospheric setting that fits the fairy-tale premise.

Playing with your group

Frog Jump supports Online Co-op and lets you play solo or with up to 8 players, so a Discord group can all join the same climb. Since everyone is racing for the same prize, matches turn into a scramble where you're not just fighting the level — you're fighting each other. The frog toolkit is built for that: stick out your tongue to interfere with enemies and other players, and use a mid-air kick to send someone flying off course. Sabotaging a friend's route is a normal part of the game, not a side option, so expect plenty of shoving matches on the way up. Quick-Time Events show up as part of the action, which means some moments come down to reacting fast rather than planning ahead.

Before you start

Go in expecting a competitive climb rather than a relaxed stroll. The platforming is meant to test your skills, and other players will happily knock you back down while you're mid-jump, so a lead never feels safe. The tongue and kick abilities mean positioning matters as much as raw jumping — grabbing a good line and then disrupting whoever's right behind you is a valid strategy. It's family friendly and casual enough to pick up quickly, which makes it a good fit for a mixed-skill group, but the friendly surface hides a genuinely competitive race. Solo play works too if you want to learn the levels and the timing before throwing yourself into a lobby full of friends.
