A Quiet Day on the Water
Cast n Chill is a laid-back fishing game where you set the pace. You can drift on a lazy lake, poke around a winding river, or drop lines into salty blue water across 16 peaceful spots, each with its own critters waiting to bite. There are over 50 fish to discover, from scrappy sunfish to big deepwater beasts, and they all go into your logbook. Some are rare, and 16 are legendary catches that folks at Rusty's bait shop still talk about. Your loyal companion is by your side the whole time, helping you spot fish while hoping for a bite of their own.
Fishing Together with Friends
Cast n Chill has co-op, so you can grab a rod and call a buddy. You can kick back and fish side-by-side, or stir up a bit of friendly competition. Remote Play Together is supported, which lets friends join in. The game also works with a controller.
Gear, Pace, and Your Cabin
You start with basic gear, catch whatever bites, sell your haul, and spend those coins on better rods, reels, and upgrades until you're wrangling rare species. Active Mode keeps you busy casting and reeling, while Passive Mode lets the game do the work while you're off doing something else - you can set it on a second monitor or in a corner and come back later to see your haul. Between fishing trips, you can restore a worn-down lakeside shack into your own fishing cabin, stock your pond, mount replicas of your best catches, and settle in while your companion curls up by the fire.
