A VR shooter built for fast rounds

Bullets And More VR - BAM VR is a multiplayer shooter played in VR. Matches run with respawns, so there is no long wait after you go down. The game ships with more than 40 unique maps and a range of modes: BAM Royale, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture The Flag, Virus Infection, Gun Game and Classic Deathmatch. The arsenal holds more than 30 weapons that behave realistically, including knives, rifles, grenades, RPGs and bows, plus attachments, silencers and bipods. Ladders and other climbable objects are in the maps, and locomotion options include touchpad, slide and teleport.

Playing together as a group

Online PvP supports up to 12 players, which is enough to fill a lobby with friends and still leave room for extra bodies. Bot support fills gaps in both online and offline matches, and the individual bot options cover difficulty, melee and even suicide bombers. Vehicles matter for group play: player controlled helicopters and cars can carry multiple passengers, and a parachute is there if you need to eject mid air. Pick a mode that suits the mood — Capture The Flag and Team Deathmatch put the squad on one side, while Deathmatch, Classic Deathmatch and BAM Royale keep everyone against each other. Gun Game and Virus Infection change the rules between rounds so the session does not settle into one pattern.

Before you start

There are singleplayer modes to practice in, with local and global highscores to chase on your own. The in-game Scene Editor lets you build maps, and Workshop support loads maps made by other users. The game carries the Violent and Gore tags, so expect that content in matches. For Oculus Rift and Oculus Touch users, two front facing cameras work with the snap turning feature, which can be configured further in the locomotion options; placing the two cameras in opposite corners of the room gives a larger tracking area and may feel smoother.
