Run a milk tea shop from the ground up
Boba Cafe Simulator drops you into the role of a shop owner in Sugarville with one aim: turn your little startup into a well-known name. You start a brand-new shop and work through everything hands-on โ cut fruit, brew tea, cook tapioca pearls, grind coffee beans, add ice and syrup. Nothing comes pre-made; every cup you hand over is one you built yourself. Along the way you unlock more than 100 recipes, covering lemonade, orange tea, classic bubble milk tea, coffee, and seasonal specials.
Keeping the business alive is the real game. You set your own menu and pricing, place equipment, and decide how the shop runs. Low prices pull in volume, premium drinks pull in margin, and the market reacts to whatever you pick. The fridge has to stay stocked, customers keep coming, and delivery platforms in 2077 give you another channel to balance contract fees, revenue splits, and traffic. You can also recruit Fred, who works the register or runs deliveries, or handle all of it yourself.
Play it with up to eight friends
Online co-op lets you and up to 8 players run one shop together. Everyone joins from the lobby, with voice and text chat available while you work. Your friends become business partners: some make drinks, some handle deliveries, some work the register, which saves on wages and rider fees. Coordination matters, since a busy rush with three people on drinks and nobody at the counter goes badly.
The co-op also lets you go the other way. Nothing stops friends from sabotaging each other instead of helping, and whether the shop thrives or falls apart is entirely up to the group. Solo play works too โ take full control and run every station on your own.
What to know before opening
The shop is yours to shape. Name it whatever you like, then expand as you level up toward a flagship store. Shelves, counters, digital signs, wallpapers, lamps and bedding can all be placed, rotated and adjusted, so layout and decoration are part of the loop rather than a side extra.
Time and conditions matter. Holidays bring limited-time drinks for Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Lantern Festival, Halloween, Christmas and more, while 11 real weather types shift what customers want โ hot cocoa in winter, watermelon juice in summer. Outside the shop there's farming for ingredients, fishing at night after closing, pets, and neighbors you can socialize with to unlock exclusive recipes and furniture blueprints. Night brings rare items, magical potions, and mysterious customers worth serving. Workshop support for custom drinks and decorations is planned for the future, not available yet.
