What Ball Scratch Simulator is

Ball Scratch Simulator is a comedy stealth game where the whole premise is one bad idea: you have an itch, you are in public, and you need to scratch without anyone noticing. You score points by scratching for as long as possible without being seen, so the core loop is watching the people around you, finding a window, going for it, and stopping the moment someone's eyes come back your way. The longer you keep it up, the better the score and the worse your decisions get.

Your hand is part of the challenge. It is awkward, delayed, wobbly, and untrustworthy, so lining it up and keeping it moving while trying to look like a normal person is its own struggle. There are six locations at launch, each with its own witnesses, routines, pressure, and ways to humiliate you. Some people walk past, some linger, and some turn around at exactly the wrong moment.

Playing it with your group

Up to four players can scratch, panic, and try not to get caught together. Everyone is in the same public mess, so the session becomes a shared pile of near-misses and instant failures. Score Attack is the competitive angle: hold out longer than the rest of your group and your score climbs, while anyone who gets spotted pays for it immediately.

There are global high scores and Weekly Challenges to chase if your group likes comparing runs, plus clean streaks for anyone who wants to prove they can go a whole run without a single slip. Collectible scene cards and chibis commemorate the terrible decisions you made, which gives your group something to show for the worst moments rather than the best.

Before you start

Expect sexual content and crude humor — the game is built entirely around the joke, and the tags include memes, comedy, and anime styling. It is a score-attack stealth game first, so runs are short, failures are instant, and restarting is part of the loop.

Optional VR support is available if you want the panic up close, and VR Streamer Mode adds a stable 1080p spectator view for anyone broadcasting. The game also notes that the mysterious origins of the itch are planned to arrive in free updates, so the story side is still coming.
