Survive the waves together

Zombie Estate 2 is a top-down shooter where you hold out against endless waves of zombies. You pick a character, buy weapons between rounds, and see how many waves your group can last. Waves are randomly generated, so each run throws different mixes of enemies at you, and there are 13 unique zombie types to deal with. The six levels each give you a different arena to fight in.

Building a crew that works

You can play online co-op or local co-op with friends. There are 35 characters with their own stats, so a group can split roles: a tanky character soaking up hits, a medic keeping people alive, someone commanding robot minions, or a heavy damage dealer. 30 hats add stat boosts on top, letting you tune each character further. Between waves you spend what you've earned at the store, stocking up on gear like the Nuke Gun, Welding Torch, Bubble Launcher, or Card Shuffler. With over 100 weapons available, two players can end up with very different loadouts in the same run.

What to know before you start

Zombie Points are earned at the end of each round and unlock new characters, so early runs are partly about building up your roster. Characters range from a duck with a shotgun to a robot with a flamethrower to a sentient piece of broccoli, and the mix you bring matters more than any single pick. Wave mode runs without a cap, so a session ends when the zombies win, not when a level does. Beyond co-op, the game also supports online PvP and Remote Play Together for groups that want to mix things up.
