Flipping with full control
Tricking 0 is a physics-based sports simulation built around tricking, parkour, gymnastics, tumbling and cliff jumping. You perform flips and combos with the Flick-It input system, which uses the right joystick and triggers so you don't have to memorize complicated button combinations. There are over 170 tricks available, with more than 300 planned for the full release. Every trick connects to every other trick, so you can chain moves into smooth combos or long tumbling passes. The physics adapt to different heights and surfaces, which means vaults and wall flips feel different depending on where you do them. When you want to go big, the active ragdoll system lets you control your arms in mid-air to balance, start twisting or stop twisting, which is how cliff jumps and dødsing work.
Playing together
Tricking 0 supports local multiplayer, so you can sit on the couch and session with friends. Two game modes are built for groups. In Game of Trick, one player sets a combo and everyone else has to replicate it. Fail and you take a letter; the last player to spell "TRICK" wins. Game of Add on works the other way around: you start with a single trick and each player adds a new move to the growing combo. Mess up the full sequence and you take a letter, with the same goal of spelling "TRICK" last. You can also face AI opponents in skill-based trick battles. Remote Play Together is supported, so friends can join in remotely.
Before you start
The game is designed for a gamepad. Flick-It and freefall mode are optimized for analog sticks and triggers, so a controller gives the most precise control over flips, twists and bails. The game is tagged as difficult, so expect a learning curve while you get a feel for the physics. It is in Early Access and still in development, with frequent updates adding new tricks, maps, game modes and features. Crashes are part of the experience: X-ray bone-breaking effects and ragdoll physics make every fail brutal. A replay system lets you watch your best moments from any angle in slow motion, and body proportion sliders plus clothing options let you customize your character.
