A life simulator about money and choices

Timeflow – Life Sim puts you in charge of a character who has to reach financial freedom and fulfill their life goal. Characters come with different backgrounds, ages, family situations, traits, savings, jobs, assets, and values, so each run starts from a different position. From there you steer them through life stages: build a career through employment, freelancing, or running a business, buy real estate, trade stocks, work the art market, or become a blogger. Time is a resource you spend like money, and you decide how to split it between work, personal development, and leisure. The interface stays simple — no data tables or heavy charts — and the game leans on choices that matter rather than micro-management.

Playing together

Timeflow – Life Sim supports Online PvP and Remote Play Together, so a group can share the session rather than watching one person play. The competitive side is player versus player, which fits a game where everyone is chasing the same prize: wealth and a fulfilled life goal. Since the systems are built around career planning, saving, investing, risk, and time budgeting, a group session becomes a set of parallel strategies — one friend might chase real estate while another rides the stock market or builds a business. Remote Play Together lets friends join in from their own setups.

What to know before starting

This is an Early Access title from Digital Geckos in the Indie, RPG, Simulation, and Strategy space, so expect the game to still be taking shape. It is an isometric, 2D, turn-based, text-based sandbox where your decisions carry weight across a whole life rather than a single match. You do not need prior knowledge of finance terms to start; the game is built to teach saving, investing, debt, and risk management as you play, drawing on the ideas found in financial education books and business simulators. Come in ready to plan long term, balance competing demands on your character's time, and accept that some risks will not pay off.
