Five party games in one pack
The Jackbox Party Pack 2 bundles five separate party games from Jackbox Games, Inc. Everyone joins from their own phone, tablet, or computer, so there is no pile of controllers to hand out. The pack covers bluffing, trivia, sound effects, drawing, and a bomb-defusing co-op game, so a group can switch styles without launching a different title. The games are in English only.
How the group plays together
Fibbage 2 seats 2 to 8 players and asks you to bluff your way through over 500 new questions, with the deFIBrillator as a new tool. Earwax takes 3 to 8 players and has you pick sound effects to match a prompt. Bidiots runs for 3 to 6 players: you draw on your device, then bid against the others in an art auction. Quiplash XL seats 3 to 8 players and includes the original Quiplash, Quip Pack 1, and over 100 new prompts. Bomb Corp. is the odd one out, a 1 to 4 player co-op game where interns defuse bombs to keep their jobs. Up to 8 players can take part, and an Audience of up to 10,000 can watch and, in some games, affect the outcome.
Before you start
The pack is local play, but it works over streams with remote players. Share your screen on a call through a video conferencing tool, and watch for prompts to share audio so everyone hears the game. Players join through any web-enabled device, so the host only needs to get the game running and let the rest of the group connect.
