What Stick Fight: The Game is
Stick Fight: The Game is a physics-based fighting game where you play as the stick figures from the old internet. Combat runs on a physics system with procedural animations, the same approach used in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, so hits, knockbacks and ragdolls play out differently every round. You pick up weapons scattered around the arena and use them against whoever is still standing. There are lots of weapons to grab, and the levels are built to be interacted with rather than just fought on top of. The game ships with 100 highly interactive levels, and there is a level editor plus more than 100,000 community made levels to load up when you want something new.
Playing it as a group
There is no single player mode, so the game only makes sense with other people in the match. It supports 2 to 4 players, either sitting together on the couch in local multiplayer or fighting over the internet in online PvP. Shared and split screen is available, so a group in the same room can share one screen. Remote Play Together lets someone join from their own device, and Remote Play also works on phone and tablet. Family Sharing is supported, so people in the same family can access it. Controller support is partial, so check your setup before you start.
Before you start
Expect short, chaotic rounds rather than a long campaign. Since there is no single player mode, you need at least one other person to play with, whether they are next to you or online. The physics-based combat means fights are unpredictable: weapons fly, bodies tumble, and the interactive levels can turn on you as easily as on your opponents. If your group wants variety, the level editor and the huge pile of community levels give you plenty of arenas beyond the built-in 100.
