A ship full of friends
Slipstream: Rogue Space is a multiplayer roguelike where a group of players runs a starship together. The setting is the Rogue Space on the cold edges of the galaxy, where the few humans who escaped an alien conquest now survive and fight back. Every run takes you through randomly generated maps in different regions, so the dangers and rewards change each time. The game adapts to the size of your crew, whether you are piloting a small scout with a few friends or a large cruiser with dozens of players.
Captains and crew
Everyone on board has a job. The captain makes the key calls, gives orders, and steers the ship. That can be a streamer leading their community live, or just whoever is willing to pilot a few friends into battle. The crew handles the ship itself: shooting, repairing, raising shields, and the rest. Crew members pick from a range of specialized classes, so a group can split up the work and cover each other's weak spots. As you play you earn permanent XP that levels up your skill tree, and you can respec your crew skills later to try a different build.
Before you launch
Runs are meant to be tough, and there is no quick victory here — you push through slug by slug and see how long your crew lasts. Crew outfit customization and officer roles are in the game, along with daily challenge and bonus runs. You can sign in through Steam, Apple, or Google, and players on desktop and mobile can crew up together. Expect a game that keeps growing, with new enemies, regions, and quality-of-life updates already added since launch.
