Top-down team dogfights
Sky Knights is a top-down multiplayer flight game where two teams of four pilots fight over four maps. The objective is to destroy the enemy bases while fending off the other players and their ground forces. Combat is fast and arcade-style: you outmaneuver opponents with tricks and well-timed afterburner boosts, and you can pull vertical maneuvers and high-G turns as long as you avoid blacking out. Your full arsenal includes guns, heat-seeking missiles, bombs and more.
Flying as a group
Your team needs a mix of attack and defense. Support allies both in the air and on the ground, and pick a jet that fits your play style and what the team needs. Ammo and fuel are limited, so you have to land skillfully at your home base to rearm and refuel. Only a well-coordinated squad can break through the enemy defense and take down their bases. Besides 4 vs 4 team fights, you can also play a co-op match against bots.
Aircraft and progression
Nine aircraft are available, ranging from the F-16 to the A-10 Warthog, each with its own weaponry, stats, strengths and weaknesses. The F-16, F-15, A-10, MiG-29, Su-27 and Su-25 are available from the start, while the F-5, AJS 37 Viggen, MiG-21 and Su-17 are unlocked as you play. Leveling up grants access to more than 15 aircraft upgrades, six permanent traits and a wide range of visual customizations, plus modifications that tweak aircraft performance. You can also personalize your pilot profile with eight different avatars. The game is in Early Access, so content and polish updates arrive regularly.
