Blow things up across endless islands
Sky Rogue is an arcade-style flight game where you pick an aircraft, load it out with weapons, and fly into procedurally generated missions over land, sea, and air. There are more than 12 pilotable aircraft and over 30 weapons to build a loadout from, so each run can feel different depending on what you bring. You will go up against enemy aces and assault large targets like flying aircraft carriers and battleships, while dodging incoming volleys of missiles. Death is permanent, so a lost run means starting over, though the game pairs its rogue-lite structure with permanent unlocks that carry forward. Once you have completed the game, secret technologies become available to unlock.
Play with a friend in splitscreen
Sky Rogue supports 2 player local co-op through splitscreen, so you and a friend can fly side by side on the same screen. You can also use Remote Play Together to bring a friend in over the internet. Missions are generated procedurally, which keeps the campaign fresh across runs as you and your partner take on the same targets and enemy forces together.
What to know before you start
This is a rogue-lite with permanent death, so expect to lose runs and rebuild from scratch rather than pushing through with a single life. The game leans into arcade flight rather than strict simulation, and it supports controller input. It is tagged as moddable, so there is room to tinker beyond the stock experience.
