A Biker Gang on a Cross-Country Hunt

Road Redemption is a driving combat game where you ride with a motorcycle gang through a post-apocalyptic country ruled by a brutal dictator. The leader of the richest weapons cartel has been assassinated, and a $15,000,000 bounty is on the assassin's head. Your gang sets out to chase them down and claim the prize, driving through enemy territory where every other biker in the country wants the same money. Races, assassinations, robberies, and other challenges sit along your path, and completing them earns money. That loot goes into a large, expandable skill tree to upgrade your character, your bike, and your weapons. Combat on the bike is deep, with grabs, kicks, counters, and critical strikes, plus dozens of brutal weapons to pick up along the way.

Playing Together

Four friends can ride together in splitscreen co-op through the campaign, working as a gang to push through enemy territory. There is also 2-4 player multimonitor co-op, where every player gets their own screen. The game supports Remote Play Together, so friends can join in over a connection. Both mouse and keyboard and gamepad configurations are fully supported, which matters when you are sharing a screen.

What to Know Before Starting

Death comes quickly when you are doing 100 mph and swinging a pipe at someone. Every time you die, the experience you collected still goes toward upgrades for your character, bike, and weapons, so runs are never wasted. The game takes heavy inspiration from Road Rash and Motorstorm, and sits closer to Twisted Metal or Burnout than to Mario Kart. It carries violent and gore tags, so expect brutal vehicular combat throughout.
