Running Your Store

Retail Company Simulator is a first-person simulation game where you run a retail company and grow a small shop into a large one. The work follows a clear loop: sign contracts with leading brands, order products on an in-game computer, unpack the boxes, place the products on the shelves, and set the prices. Prices matter, so check the market prices before you tag anything, since customers judge your prices against the market. Keeping the store clean also keeps customers from walking out, and thieves can steal boxes, which cuts into your finances. The product range covers shirts, jackets, pants, sweatshirts, dresses, t-shirts, shoes, hats, and more, so expanding your portfolio is part of keeping shoppers satisfied.

Playing With Friends

You can play solo or in co-op mode with up to 4 players. In co-op, you split the duties across the store, and you can invite friends at any point if you start on your own. One thing to expect: the more players in the store, the more demanding the customers get. That means extra hands help, but the workload rises to match. Online orders are part of the job as well, so someone needs to handle those alongside the in-store traffic.

Before You Open the Doors

Plan your front end before the rush hits. Place enough checkouts and fitting rooms so customers are not stuck waiting, and buy more cash registers and hire cashiers to keep queues short. On the stock side, hire stockers to keep the racks filled, and level up your store and budget to expand both the store and the warehouse. You will scan products and take payments in cash or by card, so the checkout area needs to keep moving. Watch the market prices when you order, buy more when products are cheap, and keep an eye out for thieves so a stolen box does not turn into a hole in your budget.
