What Repetendium is

Repetendium is a top-down roguelike-lite shooter where you pick a character from a rowdy group and push into the underworld with an ever-expanding pile of gear and items. Runs are built around leveling up and choosing unique items that stack onto your build, so each attempt plays out differently depending on what drops. You face a variety of enemies and bosses, and the game leans into bullet-hell density with arena-style fights. One of the characters is a chicken with a gun.

Playing with your group

Local multiplayer is supported, so you can sit together and take on the underworld as a team. Remote Play Together is also listed as a Steam feature, which lets people join in over the internet. The game supports both mouse and keyboard and controller, so your group can mix input setups without anyone being left out.

Before you start

Repetendium is in Early Access, which means it is still being worked on and things can change. You choose between two progression styles: roguelike mode with no grind, and roguelite mode where you grind. There is a global leaderboard if you want to compete on score. Expect perma-death as part of the loop, so runs end when you go down.
