Gotham under threat
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is a third-person action adventure where Batman and Robin team up with DC heroes like Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. The story sends you across Gotham City to stop Lex Luthor and the Joker from destroying it. Expect a mix of brawling, puzzle solving and exploration, with the usual LEGO-style comedy. This is also the first LEGO game where the characters actually talk to each other.
Playing together
The game supports drop-in/drop-out co-op with dynamic split screen, so a second player can join at any time and the screen adjusts as you move apart or back together. Steam also lists Remote Play Together, which lets friends join over the internet using the local co-op setup. You can swap between the 50 collectible DC Comics characters as you unlock them, each with their own abilities.
Suits, gadgets and travel
Batman gets the Power Suit, and Robin gets the Hazard Suit with a Pressure Cannon for absorbing and dispensing hazardous liquids. Heroes gain abilities like free-roaming flight, Super-Breath to freeze and push objects, and Heat Vision to cut through things. Gotham City is open to explore on foot, by air, or behind the wheel of vehicles like the Batmobile, Batwing and Batboat once you unlock them.
