What Jetstream is
Jetstream is a puzzle game about guiding a plane to its destination through dozens of sculpted levels. The movement is grid-based and turn-based, so you plan each move and watch it play out rather than reacting in real time. There are 14 unique mechanics to discover, and the levels are built around how those mechanics interact with each other. The whole thing runs on a soft minimalist art style with atmospheric music, and it's designed to be frictionless: no menus to fight, no pilot knowledge needed, just you and the puzzles. Easy to learn, hard to master.
Playing it with friends
Jetstream is tagged as a singleplayer game, so the core experience is one person working through the levels. The Steam feature list includes Remote Play Together, which lets someone join your session over a connection. Beyond that, a group can still play it together the way people share any puzzle game: take turns on a level, talk through the solution, or hand the controls over when someone gets stuck. The turn-based structure suits that well, since there's no timer pressuring whoever is holding the mouse.
Before you start
Expect 100+ hand-crafted levels that ramp up as new mechanics appear, so the early levels are gentle and the later ones ask you to combine several ideas at once. The design is deliberately calm and atmospheric rather than demanding — it's meant to be a pleasant journey, not a test of reflexes. Touch-friendly controls are listed, so it works with a touchscreen as well as a mouse. If your group wants something to unwind with and talk over, this is the kind of game where a wrong move costs nothing and starting over is part of the fun.
