What Into The Flames is
Into The Flames is an open world firefighting game where you fill the role of a real firefighter. You drive emergency vehicles to the scene, bust down doors, and fight raging fires with authentic tools until the situation is under control. Emergencies take place across a variety of environments, including suburbs, commercial businesses, and rural farm land. The kinds of calls you will respond to include structure fires, hazardous gas leaks, propane tank fires, and more, with new emergencies being added over time.
Playing together as a crew
You can play solo or join up to 12 other players online. The game supports online co-op, so your group can split up the work: someone drives the truck, others handle the tools, and everyone works the scene together. There are quite a few vehicles to choose from, including multiple engines, rescues, and a tiller. Players can also assume the role of a volunteer, drive cars, or take a Command SUV. More vehicles are being added over time.
What to know before starting
Most emergencies have multiple ways to tackle them with the given tools, so there is room to approach a call your own way. Break down doors with an Axe, or knock down an electrical fire with an extinguisher. The game is in Early Access and is constantly evolving with new content. The developers invite players to join their Discord to talk with them and help sculpt the future of Into The Flames.
