A fast parkour rebellion in Hover City

Hover is a fast-paced parkour game set in ECP17, a high-tech city on a distant planet that its residents call Hover City. The Great Admin has cut ties with the Galactic Union and turned the place into a dictatorship where fun is illegal and entertainment is banned. You lead a team of young rebels called the Gamers, who fight the anti-leisure laws with high-tech suits built for speed and huge jumps. Their work covers sabotaging propaganda, helping citizens, and finding a route to the Orbital Station so the Galactic Union can be warned. The city itself is a huge colorful open world with buildings that work as vertical playgrounds, from the skyline down to the underground.

Playing together online

Hover works as both a single and a multiplayer game, and you can switch from offline to online at any time without leaving the session. You can connect with friends or other players and keep going through the adventure either by cooperating or by playing against them. Missions, races, events, and scoring battles created by the community show up in real time. During a multiplayer mission, landing grinds and tricks builds combos that produce Stunning Auras, which lower the morale of your opponents and boost the stats of your allies. The game also ships with a simple editor for making your own challenges, playable solo or with other players.

Movement, team building, and modes

Your Gamers run at high speed, slide, bounce, push off walls, and make big jumps, so the city's verticality is the main tool for getting around and escaping the police. Races and tricks are the core action, but the game also includes stealth missions and sport matches with friends. There are 10 playable characters to unlock, their skills can be improved, and their colors can be customized. Experience unlocks chips that raise your Gamers' aptitudes, and spare chips can be traded for better ones through the E-Swap system. You can play in first person, third person, or use the auto camera that mixes both.
