What Havocado is

Havocado is ragdoll physics fighting where your body is as much a hazard as your opponent's. Combat is fast and physics-based, so a missed swing or a bad landing can send you tumbling into trouble. Alongside fists you get guns, countless weapons and items, drivable and flyable vehicles with guns, and weird creatures that show up during a fight. Levels and events come with surprises, and different game modes change how a round plays out. Mistakes have real consequences, which is where the comedy comes from: someone gets launched off a platform by a stray vehicle and the round flips in an instant. The goal stays simple — beat the other fighters and become the next champion.

Playing it with your group

Havocado supports Online PvP, so your Discord group can fight each other over the internet without needing everyone in the same room. Remote Play Together is also listed, which lets friends join in through a stream of the game. Between the ragdoll flailing, the vehicles with guns and the surprise events in each level, rounds tend to produce stories worth retelling in chat. Expect chaos more than precision: the physics do a lot of the work, and the fun is partly in watching plans fall apart.

Before you start

Havocado is in Early Access, so content, modes and balance can still change while you play. It is tagged as a fighting and shooter game with physics and local multiplayer, and the tone is clearly on the silly side rather than the competitive-serious side. The store text does not specify player counts, platforms or how the different game modes work, so check those details in-game once you have it running. Come in ready for fast rounds, unpredictable physics and the occasional loss that is entirely your own fault.
