A short horror run through an abandoned mansion

Haunted Investigation puts you inside an abandoned mansion full of supernatural mysteries. You search rooms for clues, solve puzzles, and try to survive what is lurking there. The game runs about 35 to 40 minutes on average, so a session fits into an evening without a big time commitment. It is built as a cinematic 3D experience with a dark tone, and it leans on scares meant to feel genuinely unsettling rather than just spooky set dressing.

Playing it with a friend

You can go in alone or bring one friend, since the game supports up to 2 players with online co-op. Working together means splitting up the work: one person watches for threats while the other handles a puzzle, or you both compare what you found before committing to a choice. Coordination matters because the mansion hides its secrets behind both scares and puzzles, and covering more ground together makes the run smoother. If your group is larger, take turns pairing up or run it twice so everyone gets a seat.

Choices change the outcome

Multiple endings are a core part of the design. The decisions you make along the way decide which ending you reach and which secrets you uncover, so two runs can end very differently. That gives the game replay value even though a single playthrough is short — going back to chase a different ending is the natural next step after your first escape or failure.

Before you start

The game is in Early Access, so expect it to be a work in progress rather than a finished, polished package. It is tagged for psychological horror and demons, with a variety of scares designed to induce real fear, so it is not suited to players who want something gentle. Turn the lights down, keep the volume up, and go in with someone who does not mind jumping at the screen.
