A co-op shooter where the horde keeps changing

GUNTOUCHABLES is an online co-op doomsday roguelite for 1-4 players. The surface has been taken over by a hostile, aggressively evolving horde of mutants, and you play as one of a ragtag group of preppers holding out from a makeshift base. Each run is a series of missions where every second counts, and the enemies get meaner as the difficulty climbs. Between missions the horde mutates, so the threats you faced last time are not the ones waiting for you next time.

Playing it as a group

Teamwork and decision-making are the core of the run. You pick a character and play your part in the group, then work through mission objectives together while the arena fills with mutants. Between missions, everyone votes on a random selection of mutations to give the enemies new traits and abilities. The catch is that each option also hands the players an immediate or long-term benefit, so the vote is a real trade-off rather than a free pick. Success comes from agreeing on how greedy to be: completing objectives and grabbing UpCrates earns Cash and Perks, but every reward carries a risk and the difficulty escalates as you go.

Building your survivor and your guns

Player upgrades are what keep you alive as the scaling difficulty outpaces your starting kit. You combine common perks with class-specific perks and abilities to shape a build, and the same applies to your weapons. The arsenal is sizable and expandable: choose a loadout that suits how you play, then mod the guns with upgrades to your liking. A well-chosen mix of perks and gun mods is what turns a fragile survivor into something that can hold a lane against the horde.

Before you start

Expect a difficult, dark and gory PvE arena shooter with bullet-hell pressure and roguelite replay value, rather than a story campaign. Runs are meant to be repeated, since builds, mods and mutation votes change the outcome each time. The game is built to be expanded after launch, with new content adding to the possible combinations, so the version you start with is intended to grow. It plays solo or with up to three friends online.
