What Fruity Smoothie is
Fruity Smoothie is a co-op game about growing fruit, throwing it, and shooting it to save your fruit family from evil fruit and vegetables with an identity crisis. The setup is simple: you and your best friend were relaxing when your fruit family and friends got kidnapped, and now the two of you have to chase the kidnappers. The boat you chase them on runs on smoothies, so making drinks is not a side activity — it is what keeps you moving.
How you play it together
Everything is built for two players working side by side. You plant seeds, water them, watch your fruit children grow, and then throw them in the blender to make the smoothies your boat needs as fuel. Along the way you grow, throw and shoot fruit to deal with the enemies in your path.
The levels are described as normal, weird and interesting, and they ask for different kinds of teamwork: puzzle solving, management, and putting together the ultimate smoothies. Expect to split tasks, keep an eye on what is growing, and coordinate your throwing and shooting so one of you is not stuck doing everything.
Before you start
The game supports Remote Play Together, so a friend can join you even if they are not on the same machine. It is listed as local co-op and multiplayer, so plan on playing with someone rather than going it alone — the whole design assumes a pair.
It carries a psychological horror tag alongside casual and co-op tags, so the tone mixes lighthearted fruit-growing with something stranger. The core loop stays the same throughout: plant, water, harvest, blend, and keep the smoothie-powered boat going while you chase down the kidnappers.
