Running a diner under pressure
Diner Bros puts you in charge of a brand new diner where customers arrive, order, and expect their food quickly. You handle everything: cooking burgers, pouring drinks, clearing tables, and keeping an eye on who is sitting where. Orders are specific, so a burger without tomato still needs to come out without tomato. Take too long and customers leave angry and hungry, which is bad for business. Along the way you buy new equipment, learn more recipes, expand the dining area, and hire staff to keep up with the rush. The goal is to grow the place until it earns the 3-star award.
Playing together with friends
The game supports 2-4 player local co-op, so you and your friends can split the work on one screen. One person can call out orders while others cook, another runs plates to tables, and someone else clears dishes. Communication matters more than speed alone, since getting an order wrong makes customers angry. The co-op campaigns can be played through together, and there are also 40+ challenge levels to test how well your group handles a busy shift. Knowing your customers
Not every customer behaves the same way. Construction workers order two courses because they are always hungry. Runners are in a hurry and usually want a salad. Punks and thieves will try to leave without paying or attempt to rob you outright, so keep an eye on the tables. Divas, hipsters, and lumberjacks also show up with their own habits, and the food critic visits as well. Watch for these special customers while you keep the regular orders moving.
